Build Tomato Paste Factory in Ethiopia
We recently finalized a partnership with a client from Ethiopia, confirming the project plan and signing an agreement for a tomato paste production line with a capacity of 500 kg/h. This project supports the construction of the client's new facility, enabling the processing of fresh tomatoes into tomato paste and providing the comprehensive equipment necessary for their future deep-processing operations.

This procurement was not merely a matter of replacing a single piece of equipment; rather, it was part of a new factory construction project requiring a complete tomato paste processing system. Consequently, we initiated the project with detailed consultations to fully understand the client's production goals, planned processing capacity, factory construction status, and future production roadmap. It was determined that the production line required a raw material processing capacity of 500 kg/h, serving as the core production system for the new facility.
After identifying the client's basic requirements, our engineering team began designing the solution. Based on a processing capacity of 500 kg/h, the plan outlines every stage of the process, from the arrival of raw tomatoes at the plant to the completion of tomato paste production.
Following the completion of the preliminary plan, the project did not immediately proceed to the procurement stage. As this was a construction project for a new facility, the client needed to confirm numerous details regarding equipment specifications, production processes, and the plant layout. Consequently, the two parties engaged in multiple rounds of online discussions, holding a total of ten video conferences.
Each meeting has a clear communication focus. We provide a detailed, item-by-item explanation of equipment functions, production processes, connectivity, and overall configuration based on the issues raised by the client. In turn, the client offers suggestions for adjustments to specific equipment configurations and production requirements, aligning them with their own factory construction plans.
Following ten video conferences and multiple rounds of proposal adjustments, both parties reached a final agreement on the production line configuration and the overall plan. The client confirmed the adoption of a 500 kg/h tomato paste production line for their new factory's deep-processing project, thereby formally establishing the partnership.
The smooth progress of this collaboration not only demonstrates the client's recognition of our tomato paste processing equipment and engineering design capabilities but also highlights the importance of effective communication and proposal optimization in comprehensive production line projects.
For a newly established food processing plant, the value of a tomato paste production line lies not merely in the equipment itself, but—more importantly—in its compatibility with the client's raw material specifications, production capacity targets, facility layout, and product planning. Consequently, throughout our collaboration, we place great emphasis on preliminary needs analysis and detailed consultation on proposed solutions; our aim is to deliver practical, actionable production plans through in-depth technical dialogue.
